Challenge
Healthcare professionals often have to manage job opportunities, work preferences, credentials, schedules, agency communication, and compliance information across multiple disconnected processes. For staffing agencies, maintaining accurate professional information and efficiently coordinating available healthcare workers with suitable opportunities can also become complex.
The goal was to create a centralized mobile experience that would make it easier for healthcare professionals to manage their professional profiles, discover relevant job opportunities, respond to assignments, track schedules, complete required documentation, and communicate with healthcare agencies from a single platform.
The application also needed to support detailed professional information such as education, work experience, certifications, competencies, licenses, background checks, and work preferences while keeping the experience simple and easy to navigate.
Solution
We designed ACTA Healthcare Staffing, a mobile platform that connects healthcare professionals with staffing opportunities while giving them a centralized place to manage their professional information and work activities.
The platform allows professionals to create comprehensive profiles, define their preferred work conditions, discover nearby opportunities, apply for jobs, accept assigned jobs, manage schedules, communicate with agencies, track earnings, and access important employment and compliance information.
The experience was designed around the complete staffing journey—from profile creation and verification to finding opportunities, completing assignments, and managing ongoing professional activities.
